Integrating the social support theory and technology acceptance model of social commerce websites

The expansion of social commerce websites has gradually transformed most people’s lives in terms interactions during leisure time. Communication been made easier due to the advancement information communication technology fact that sources can efficiently assist providing required. Nevertheless, possibility struggling understand online content exists as may have inaccuracies and biases. By combining acceptance model (TAM) support theory (SST), this study developed a detailed purchase intention analyse relationships related websites. Trust examined mediator research. employed an quantitative approach conducted non-probability (convenience) sampling recruit 392 respondents. findings demonstrate different SS forms (emotional informational) contain significant with TAM, trust intention. Nonetheless, perceived usefulness reveal insignificant relationships. Meanwhile, significantly mediates association between TAM constructs proposed model. results also show achieved good fit clearly explains each relationship. Therefore, integration extension serve future research paths. could be applied by marketeers practitioners when developing
